Energy Efficiency Revolving Loan Fund:
The Fab3 Group is dedicated to providing each client superb customer service. As contractors, we realize the importance of energy efficiency and we're conscious of each projects budget. We are pleased to pass along this information to small businesses who may be in need of upgrading/ replacing HVAC equipment or starting a new HVAC project.
Ohio has created the Energy Loan Fund for companies, businesses, schools, institutions and residents who are considering the above services to become more energy efficiemt or using renewable energy. Ohio residents and companies served by munies and co-ops can not qualify for this program at this time.
Benefits of Program and Where Can You Obtain an Application?
Rather than paying the full interest rate offered by a bank on projects that qualify under the program guidelines, you can borrow the money at a rate as low as half the standard bank interest rate. This funding program is available through commercial bank Shorebank in Cleveland.
